The warden 19 at plaintiff’s prison has informed the court that plaintiff has access to the prison law library and 20 has the ability to make copies. In light of representations made by the warden and by plaintiff, 21 plaintiff will be granted 30 days within which to file his opposition to defendants’ pending 22 motion for summary judgment. 23 ///// 24 ///// 25 ///// 26 ///// 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff is granted 30 days within 2 which to file his opposition to defendants’ pending motion for summary judgment.
