RE REQUEST TO EXTEND TIME TO FILE

Defendants.
The current deadline for the parties to file dispositive motions in this case is
January 15, 2015. The parties hereby respectfully request a short extension of that
18
19
20
deadline to January 29, 2015. This request is based on the fact that counsel for the
defense is currently preparing a motion for summary judgment on behalf of the 14
21
defendants in this case. However, three of the defendants have retired. This has made it
22
very difficult to promptly communicate with them and exchange documents so as to
23
prepare their declarations in support of the motion. For these reasons, the parties have
24
stipulated to and request a short extension of the dispositive motion deadline to January
25
29, 2015. No trial date has been set in this case.
