Carlton, Randy Moore, and the U.S. Forest Service (the "Parties") hereby stipulate as follows, subject to approval by the Court: 1. Plaintiff shall file its motion papers on Friday, July 24, 2009. Plaintiff's opening memorandum of law shall not exceed 25 pages. 2. Defendants shall file their opposition papers on or before Friday, July 31, 2009.
