The July 7, 2011 Order further stated: “Failure to 16 respond by this deadline may be construed as consent to dismissal of 17 this action without prejudice, and a dismissal order could be filed.” 18 (Order Re: Settlement and Disposition 1:20-22.) 19 Since no dispositional document or any other document has been 20 filed in response to the July 7, 2011 Order, and no reason has been 21 provided for the continued pendency of this action, this action is 22 dismissed without prejudice. 23 Dated: August 22, 2011 24 25 26 GARLAND E.
