Pending are two motions for summary judgment, to which Samjin General Supply, Inc. dba Samjin Roofing Supply, Mason Au, Nanjoo Au, and Wabash National Trailer Centers, Inc. have not filed an opposition. Neither movant filed a proposed order concerning the relief sought.
