On April 29, 2010, the court dismissed plaintiff's complaint with leave to file an amended complaint. Plaintiff filed a request for reconsideration of that order. On May 21, 2010, the assigned District Judge affirmed the undersigned's April 29, 2010 order. Plaintiff has not filed his amended complaint; however, in the interest of justice, the court will provide plaintiff with a final extension of time to file his amended complaint. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1.
