On April 7, 2010, plaintiff's counsel was ordered to show

20 cause why he should not be sanctioned in the amount of $150.00 21 for failing to timely file plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint 22 in compliance with the court's order dated March 15, 2010.
The

23 court ordered counsel to file his response to the Order to Show 24 Cause on or before April 23, 2010. As of today's date, a response 25 has not been filed, and therefore, the court makes the following 26 orders: 27
1. Plaintiff's counsel is ordered to pay sanctions in the

28 amount of $150.00 for his failure to file a response to the Order
