IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA WILLIAM ASHFORD, Petitioner, vs. STEVE MOORE, Respondent. / By Order, filed on October 14, 2009, respondent was directed to file a response to the original petition within 60 days; however, petitioner has since filed an amended petition, which the court will find supersedes the original.1 Therefore, respondents will be directed to file their response to the amended petition, rather than to the original.
