This action is set for jury trial before the Honorable Morrison C. England 19 on January 12, 2015. On November 17, 2014, plaintiff filed a motion requesting that the Clerk of the Court 20 21 issue 5 subpoenas for his non-incarcerated witnesses. 22 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1. Plaintiff’s motion for issuance of subpoenas (ECF No. 198) is granted; 24 2. The Clerk of the Court is directed to issue 5 blank subpoenas to plaintiff; and 25 3.
