The parties hereby stipulate by counsel, with the Court's approval as indicated by issuance of the attached Order, that Plaintiff shall have an extension of time of two (2) days to file Plaintiff's Opening Brief in Motion for Summary Judgment. Due to extensive computer breakdowns, counsel for Plaintiff needs additional time to file the Opening Brief. The current due date is November 15, 2010. The new due date is November 17, 2010.
