Plaintiff was cautioned that failure to file a timely notice of change of address or declaration of good cause will result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed without prejudice. The twenty-day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not filed a notice of change of address, a declaration of good cause, or any other response to the court's order. IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice for failure to comply with a court order and failure to prosecute this action. See Fed. R. Civ.
