The defendant 2006 Toyota Tacoma Pickup Truck, VIN:
5TEUU42N36Z218237, California License Number 8J56630 (hereafter "defendant vehicle") was seized in the city of North San Juan, located in Nevada County, California. The Drug Enforcement
Administration published notice of the non-judicial forfeiture of the defendant vehicle on July 27, August 3 and August 10, 2009, in The Wall Street Journal. 4. Plaintiff proposes that publication be made as follows: a. b. c. One publication; Thirty (30) consecutive days; On the official internet government forfeiture
