ORDER / 16 17 On July 5, 2011, defendant City of Woodland filed a Notice of Settlement, which 18 indicates that the parties anticipate “that all matters pertaining to the settlement will be finalized 19 on or before July 11, 2011, and that a stipulation for dismissal will be filed no later than July 15, 20 2011.” (Notice of Settlement at 1, Dkt. No. 87.) In light of the representations contained in the 21 Notice of Settlement, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 22 1. The parties shall file dispositive papers on or before July 20, 2011.
