WHEREAS, on November 12, 2010, the Court granted Defendants' unopposed motion to continue the trial date and modify the Status (Pretrial Scheduling) Order ("Scheduling Order") extending several deadlines including the deadline for completion of discovery to March 15, 2011. WHEREAS, on January 25, 2011, the Court granted Plaintiff's motion to substitute Andrea Rosa, Esq., as attorney of record in place of Warren Quann, Esq. WHEREAS, the parties wish to extend the discovery deadline from March 15, 2011, to April 15, 2011, so that depositions and other discovery can be completed. The parties hereby agree to modify the Scheduling Order extending the discovery deadline to April 15, 2011. All other deadlines (final pretrial conference and trial) will remain unchanged.
