Company’s Application for an Order Shortening Time to file a Motion for Protective Order.

WHEREAS, Defendants agreed to vacate the Motion for Protective Order and agreed to

make all witnesses available by video conference, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Rule 30(b)(4), at a date and time agreeable to the parties prior to the discovery cut-off date.

Plaintiff has agreed to pay all costs associated for the depositions, including the cost for the
