The thirty day 19 period has now expired, and plaintiff has not shown cause or otherwise responded to the court's 20 order. 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that defendant Reed be 22 dismissed from this action, and this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; 23 Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). 24 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District 25 Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
