Mendez on 7/29/10 ORDERING that Plaintiff California Sportfishing Protection Alliance's claims against Defendant El Dorado Irrigation District, as set forth in the Notices and Complaint filed in Case No. 2:10-cv-00235-JAM-JFM, are hereby dismissed with prejudice; the Court shall retain jurisdiction over the parties through 3/1/16, as set forth in Paragraph 22 of the Settlement Agreement and as qualified by Section VI, paragraph 8.a., of the Sett lement Agreement, for the sole purpose of enforcing compliance by the parties with this Order, including the terms of the Settlement Agreement attached to the parties' Stipulation to Dismiss as Exhibit A, which Settlement Agreement is hereby incorporated by reference.(Becknal, R)
