ECF Nos. 5, 58. 1 1 2 Accordingly, for the reasons set forth in the court’s April 11, 2013 order and after giving plaintiff notice and a reasonable time to respond, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 3 1. The April 11, 2013 order to show cause is vacated; 4 2. Judgment is entered for defendants pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil 5 Procedure 56(f); and 6 7 3. This case is closed.
