Marino, Esq., Plaintiffs Friends of Amador County, Bea Crabtree, June Geary (Plaintiffs), and Jennifer T. Henderson, Deputy Attorney General, counsel for Defendants the State of California and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger (State Defendants), filed a stipulation indicating that the State Defendants had been served with the complaint and their answer or response is due on or before May 7, 2010. Based on a date of service of April 16, 1 Order for Extension of Time to Respond to Complaint (2:10-cv-00348-WBS-KJM) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 2010 on Defendants Kenneth Salazar, Secretary of the U.S. Department of the Interior, the National Indian Gaming Commission, and George Skibine, Acting Chairman of the National Gaming Commission, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(a), the federal defendants' answer or response would be due on or before June 15, 2010. Counsel further agreed that it would be most efficient and economical to establish a single deadline by which all defendants must file an answer or response to the amended complaint. Based upon counsel's stipulation, the State Defendants' answer or response to the complaint shall be filed on or before June 15, 2010. IT IS SO ORDERED.
