Upon the stipulation of the parties, and good cause appearing, the Court ORDERS as follows:
The initial expert disclosure date of April 13, 2012, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil

Procedure, Rule 26(a)(2), and as originally set forth on the Pre-Trial Scheduling Order, is hereby

extended to May 14, 2012. The disclosure of supplemental and any rebuttal experts under Federal

Rule of Civil Procedure, Rule 26(a)(2)(c), is hereby extended to May 28, 2012.
