ORDER
/
On May 6, 2011, plaintiff filed a request for reconsideration of the magistrate
14
judge’s order filed April 27, 2011, denying petitioner’s motions for discovery, appointment of
15
counsel and for an investigation into an unrelated incident. Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a
16
magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon
17
review of the entire file, the court finds that it does not appear that the magistrate judge’s ruling
18
was clearly erroneous or contrary to law.
19
Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of the
20
magistrate judge filed April 27, 2011, is affirmed.
