The Clerk of the Court is directed to serve the undersigned's sch eduling order in social security cases. The Clerk of the Court is further directed to serve a copy of this order on the United States Marshal. Within fifteen days from the date of this order, plaintiff shall submit to theUnited States Marshal a comp leted summons, four copies of the complaint, and a copy of thescheduling order. Within five days after such submission, plaintiff shall file a notice advising the court of the date upon which the documents were submitted to the United States Marshal.
