Shubb on 12/08/10 ORDERING that Defendants' MOTION to DISMISS Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint 76 is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's claims for interferece with prospective economic relations, breach of duty of loyalty and fiduciary duty, and violations of the UCL, and DENIED in all other respects. Plaintiff may therefore proceed under the First Amended Complaint on its CUTSA claim for misapropriation of trade secrets. If Plaintiff wishes to amend the complaint to cure the defects explained obove, it may do so within twenty days from the date of this order. Otherwise, the case will proceed only on the misappropriation of trade secrets claim in the First Amended Complaint. (Mena-Sanchez, L)
