On April 24, 2013, plaintiff filed objections to the magistrate judge’s order filed
16

March 20, 2013, denying his motion under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 36(a)(6), denying his
18
motion for a stay, and denying his request to order defendants to provide him with a copy of his
19
deposition transcript. The court has construed the objections as a request for reconsideration.
20
Under E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly
21
erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon review of the entire file, the court finds the magistrate
22
judge’s ruling was not clearly erroneous or contrary to law.

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of

the magistrate judge filed March 20, 2013, is affirmed.
