ORDER

On November 27, 2012, plaintiff filed a motion for reconsideration of the

17

magistrate judge’s order filed November 9, 2012, denying appointment of counsel and a stay of

18

this case. Under E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless

19

“clearly erroneous or contrary to law.” Upon review of the entire file, the court finds that the

20

magistrate judge’s ruling was not clearly erroneous or contrary to law.

21

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of

22

the magistrate judge filed November 9, 2012, is affirmed.
