However, due to a typographical error in that order, the court set 19 July 8, 2012 as the deadline for the filing of plaintiff’s supplemental opposition. By this order, 20 the court will set a new deadline for the filing of plaintiff’s supplemental opposition to the 21 pending motion for summary judgment. 22 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1. On or before July 15, 2013, plaintiff shall file and serve any supplemental 24 opposition he wishes to submit in response to defendants’ November 16, 2012 motion for 25 summary judgment. No further extensions of time will be granted for this purpose in light of the 26 lengthy period of time plaintiff has already had to file his opposition to that motion. 1 1 2.
