Brennan, United States Magistrate Judge. of All the parties have judge waived as disqualification settlement judge. magistrate acting [3] The following individuals are required to attend the mandatory settlement conference, along with counsel: Darren Rose, Jennifer Chrisman, Joseph Burrell, Phillip Del Rosa, and Wendy Del Rosa. [4] Counsel are directed to submit settlement conference statements to the settlement judge not later than April 8, 2011. At counsel's option, such statements may be submitted in confidence pursuant to Local Rule 270(d). [5] A further hearing on the pending motions is SET for May 9, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. The parties are ORDERED to submit status reports to the court no later than April 25, 2011 containing an update on the administrative proceedings and a statement as to whether any settlement was reached at the mandatory settlement conference. [6] The federal defendants are ORDERED to notify the court of a final decision in the administrative proceeding, if any, within two (2) days of the final decision being issued. IT IS SO ORDERED.
