Plaintiff Humphrey Lau, who is proceeding pro se in this action, 18 appeared telephonically on his own behalf. Attorney Brent Kramer appeared telephonically for 19 defendants Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and Homesteps. The settlement 20 conference was held and the matter did not settle. 21 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that: 22 1.
