The parties hereby stipulate by counsel, with the Court’s approval as indicated by issuance of the

attached Order, that Plaintiff shall have an extension of time of 30 days to file his motion for summary

22

judgment up to and including October 19, 2011. The motion is currently due on September 19, 2011.

This extension is being sought to supplement the administrative record with a copy of the ALJ’s

24

decision. The administrative record is currently missing several pages of the ALJ’s decision.

The parties further stipulate that the Court’s Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly.
