ORDER signed by Chief Judge Morrison C. England, Jr. on 9/18/2015. In an 235 Order dated 6/23/2015, the Court adopted the Magistrate Judge's 229 Findings and Recommendations and granted plaintiff's 200 Motion for Default Judgment. Shor tly thereafter, defendant John Hugh Van Auken filed additional 236 Objections to Findings and Recommendations, and defendant James O. Molen filed three documents: 237 "Reply to United States' Reply to Defendant's Objections" a nd two 238 239 "Affidavit[s] of Truth in support of Objection to Order". The Court has reviewed each of these documents and finds they do NOT affect Magistrate Judge's analysis or Court's 235 Order dated 6/23/2015. That Order shall REMAIN IN EFFECT. Additionally, Court has reviewed defendant James O. Molen's 230 Motion to Correct the Record. Because that Motion is without merit, it is hereby DENIED. (Marciel, M)

In an Order dated June 23, 2015, the Court adopted the Magistrate Judge’s

Findings and Recommendations (ECF No. 229) and granted Plaintiff’s Motion for Default

19

Judgment (ECF No. 200). ECF No. 235. Shortly thereafter, Defendant John Hugh Van

20

Auken filed Additional Objections to the Findings and Recommendations (ECF No. 236),

21

and Defendant James O. Molen filed three documents: “Reply to United States’ Reply to

22

Defendant’s Objections” (ECF No. 237) and two “Affidavit[s] of Truth in Support of

Objection to Order” (ECF Nos. 238, 239). The Court has reviewed each of these

24

documents and finds that they do not affect the Magistrate Judge’s analysis or the

25

Court’s Order dated June 23, 2015 (ECF No. 235). That Order shall remain in effect.

Additionally, the Court has reviewed Defendant James O. Molen’s Motion to

Correct the Record (ECF No. 230). Because that Motion is without merit, it is hereby

DENIED.
