IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Defendants LCL Administrators, Inc., Eleanor J.

Good, and Loretta A. Migliori appear before United States District Court Judge Lawrence K.

Karlton, United States District Court Judge, in Courtroom 4, 15th Floor of the United States

Courthouse located at 501 I Street, Sacramento, California, on July 18, 2011, 2011, at 10:00

A.M., to show cause why they should not be held in contempt for failure to comply with this

Court’s March 17, 2011 Order granting a preliminary injunction.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, in accordance with FED. R. CIV. P. 78 and L.R. 230(c),

Defendants LCL Administrators, Inc., Eleanor J. Good, and Loretta A. Migliori file a response to

the United States Motion for Contempt on or before July 11, 2011. If no response is filed and no

appearance is made on the above date, the Defendants will be found in contempt, and the Court
