Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding without counsel in an action brought under 42

U.S.C. § 1983. The court has found that the appointment of counsel is warranted and referred this

19

case to the court’s ADR and Pro Bono Coordinator for identification of counsel to represent

20

plaintiff. ECF No. 94. Edward P. Sangster and Peter E. Soskin have been selected from the

21

court’s pro bono attorney panel to represent plaintiff and have agreed to be appointed.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. Edward P. Sangster and Peter E. Soskin are appointed as counsel in the above entitled

matter.
