BECKER, THE BECKER TRUST DATED MARCH 25, 1991, UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA proceeding pro per, filed a motion for a preliminary injunction, seeking to enjoin foreclosure upon one of plaintiff's properties. Plaintiff states that a trustee sale of this property is set to be held on December 23, 2010. While ordinarily, the Court would refer such a motion to the Magistrate Judge, the Court shall hear this motion so that an order may be issued before the scheduled sale.
