The stipulation of the plaintiffs Dennly R. Becker and The Becker Trust Dated March 25,

20 1991, and defendant Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger with Wells Fargo Bank
21 Southwest, N.A., formerly known as Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World
22 Savings Bank, FSB (“Wells Fargo”) to amend the “Status (Pretrial Scheduling) Order” (Doc.
23 140) (the “Order”) came before this Court. The Court, having read and considered the
24 stipulation and in light of the discovery disputes between the parties, finds good cause in
25 granting the stipulation and amending the Order to extend the discovery and law and motion
26 cutoffs for 45 days.
