Mueller on 3/25/11 ORDERING that In light of plaintiff's death, the court hereby DENIES plaintiff's motion to strike as moot 9 , VACATES the hearing on plaintiff's motion to strike, and GRANT S leave to re-notice the motion at a later date. The court VACATES the status (pretrial scheduling) conference and deadline for filing a joint status report 10 , which will be reset if and when plaintiff's counsel substitutes plaintiff.
