on October 27, 2011, will be moved to the California Medical Facility but will still occur on

October 27, 2011. All other aspects of the court’s prior order (Doc. 31) shall remain the same.

Newly served defendant, Total Renal Care, Inc’s. motion to have its representative appear by

20

telephone (Doc. 38) is granted. Total Renal Care shall contact Sujean Park, at 916-930-4278, or

via email at [e-mail], with any questions.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
