The defendant 2007 GMC Sierra SLE Truck, VIN:

2GTEK13M071563469, License Number: 8H94011 (hereafter "defendant vehicle") was seized in the city of Citrus Heights, in Sacramento County, California. The Federal Bureau of Investigation

published notice of the non-judicial forfeiture of the defendant vehicle on August 20, 27 and September 3, 2010, in The Wall Street Journal. 4. Plaintiff proposes that publication be made as follows: a. b. c. One publication; Thirty (30) consecutive days; On the official internet government forfeiture
