Having considered the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal’s November 15, 2011 Order (which

dismissed the appeal in this action as moot; vacated the District Court’s March 4, 2011 Decision;

and remanded the case); the parties’ joint status report; and the enactment of California Welfare
23
and Institutions Code section 14105.281, the Court finds this case to be moot and suitable for
24
dismissal. Accordingly, the Court hereby orders the case dismissed with prejudice.
