ORDER ADJUDICATING SCOTT SMITH in CONTEMPT of COURT signed by Judge John A. Mendez on 8/10/2015. It is ORDERED that Scott Smith shall be held in contempt and is in contempt of Court for failure to comply with Magistrate Judge Brennan's 162 Dis covery Order. It is FURTHER ORDER that Scott Smith be and shall be incarcerated in custody of U.S. Marshal for 30 days or until he can show that he is in compliance with Discovery Order, whichever occurs first. A Declaration detailing which documents have been provided to plaintiff shall be filed by 8/12/2015 at 5:00 PM. Plaintiff's counsel shall file Response to Mr. Smith's Declaration by 8/17/2015 at 5:00 PM. If Court determines further hearing is necessary, said hearing will be held on 8/19/2015 at 9:30 AM at which Scott Smith will be required to personally appear. (Marciel, M)
