Attorneys Benjamin T. Wang and Jay Chung appeared telephonically for plaintiffs. Matthew M. Wolf, Esq. appeared telephonically for third-party Boston Scientific Corporation. David Eiseman, IV, Esq. appeared telephonically on behalf of defendant Access Closure, Inc. Plaintiffs' motion was fully briefed in compliance with the court's order shortening time, and argument was heard. On or before December 1, 2010, third-party Boston Scientific Corporation shall make an appropriate person available for deposition for no more than four hours, at a specific date, time, and location to be agreed upon by the parties.
