Plaintiff, the only party to appear in this action, has consented to proceed before a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(c). See Consent filed January 19, 2011. By order filed February 1, 2011, plaintiff was granted thirty days in which to file an amended complaint and an application to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff was cautioned that failure to comply with that order might result in the dismissal of this action.
