ASTRUE, Commissioner of Social Security, 14 Defendant. 15 ORDER / 16 The court is in receipt of plaintiffs’ motion for a 14-day extension of time in 17 which to file a reply to defendant’s opposition and cross-motion for summary judgment (Dkt. 18 No. 20).1 Curiously, although plaintiff represents that defendant does not oppose the motion, the 19 parties did not file a stipulation and proposed order regarding the requested relief.
