Plaintiff 23 requests “the Court schedule an order to show cause hearing regarding 24 settlement for approximately 45 days to allow time for the parties to 25 complete the settlement.” Id. at 2:16-3:2. 26 Therefore, a dispositional document shall be filed no later 27 than August 19, 2011.
