No. 15). On August 1, 2011, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations 19 herein which were served on all parties and which contained notice to all parties that any 20 objections were to be filed within fourteen days after the filing of the findings and 21 recommendations. No objections to the findings and recommendations have been filed. 22 23 The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. 24 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 25 1. The findings and recommendations filed August 1, 2011 (Doc. No. 22) are 26 adopted in full; 1 1 2 2. Defendant’s June 30, 2011 amended motion to set aside default (Doc. No. 16) is granted without conditions, except as set forth below; 3 4 5 3. Plaintiff’s June 24, 2011 motion for default judgment (Doc. No. 13) is denied; and 4.
