20 13, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.

Defendants shall file and serve their

21 opposition brief or notice of non-opposition no later than April
22 29, 2011.

Plaintiffs may file and serve a reply on or before May

23 6, 2011.

Defendants’ counsel, Charles Bell, Jr., and David

25 Scott, are ordered to show cause why they should not each be
26 sanctioned in the amount of $150.00 for failing to file an
27 opposition or notice of non-opposition to plaintiffs’ motion in
28 compliance with Local Rule 230(c).
