West, LLC failed to attend the status conference. Accordingly, the

court ORDERS as follows:

[1] A new status conference is SET for June 27, 2011 at 2:30

p.m. before Judge Karlton in Chambers/Courtroom No. 4.

[2] Thomas K. Agawa is ORDERED to personally appear at the

24

status conference.

[3] Thomas K. Agawa is hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE in

writing within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order
