Plaintiffs' motion for attorneys' fees filed May 8, 2012 50 , is granted in the amount of $44,650 to be apportioned to each plaintiff in direct proportion to the amount of damages awarded to each plaintiff, against defaulted defendant Carlisle only. This fee award offsets the attorneys' fees previously awarded by the district court on May 22, 2012. No objections were filed. 21 Accordingly, the court presumes any findings of fact are correct. See Orand v. 22 United States, 602 F.2d 207, 208 (9th Cir. 1979). The magistrate judge’s conclusions of law are 23 reviewed de novo. See Britt v. Simi Valley Unified School Dist., 708 F.2d 452, 454 (9th Cir. 24 1983). 25 26 The court has reviewed the applicable legal standards and, good cause appearing, concludes that it is appropriate to adopt the Findings and Recommendations in full. 1 1 2 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Findings and Recommendations filed September 27, 2012, are ADOPTED and 3 1.
