If Plaintiff fails to timely file the motion, 26 Plaintiff shall show cause in writing no later than 4:00 p.m. on 27 November 14, 2011, why this action should not be dismissed for failure 28 of prosecution. 1 1 Further, the status conference scheduled for hearing on 2 October 17, 2011, is continued to commence at 9:00 a.m. on April 23, 3 2012.
