Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brings this action for judicial
16
review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). On
17
March 22, 2012, the court directed plaintiff to show cause in writing why this action should not
18
be dismissed for plaintiff’s failure to inform the court regarding consent to Magistrate Judge
19
jurisdiction. Because plaintiff has now submitted her consent election form, the order to show
20
cause is discharged.
