2011: “Defendants Rudy Aldama and AVL Foods, Inc. ha[ve] been duly

served initiating suit papers, and have not yet answered the Plaintiff’s

Complaint.” (ECF No. 12, 2:11-12.)

shall either file whatever documents are required to prosecute this case

as a default matter or Show Cause in a writing filed why this action

should not be dismissed for failure of prosecution no later than 4:00

p.m. on October 31, 2011.
